Delivery Policy – We aim to ship your order within a week of purchase

Refunds - Items in original packaging may be returned within 28 days of purchase (please email beforehand and post recorded delivery / provide proof of postage) - we are not liable for any losses and do not cover the cost of return postage

Workshop refunds - If you need to reschedule a workshop or cannot attend, please email up to one week beforehand to receive a refund. We cannot refund spaces cancelled within one week of the workshop - however, you may send someone else in your place

Cancellations - Orders can be cancelled by you or us if the item has not yet been shipped

Any item damaged in transit can be returned for a full refund or exchange (please provide proof of postage)
